The exhibition showcasing the fascinating results of archaeological surveys and excavations conducted at Tinnis, Thirlestane, and Merlin’s Grave two years ago is in its last week at Peebles Museum. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore these significant findings at Peebles Museum until this Saturday, July 27th, 2024.
However, don’t worry if you cannot get there this week, because following its initial run at Peebles Museum, the exhibition will embark on a regional tour, visiting the following locations from August to October:
- Broughton
- Drumelzier
- Stobo
- Traquair House
- Eddleston
- Moffat Museum
- Tweedsmuir
- Kirkton Manor
This tour offers a unique chance for visitors and communities across the region to engage with and learn about the archaeological heritage uncovered at these historical sites.
